Shotgun Congress(SGC)is about the exchange of ideas. The idea is to spark an on-going online workshop class for anybody who writes anything. It's as simple as that. There is no admission form or governing body. Just me, creator lo def. SGC is updated erratically but emphatically, so check back for updates. And don't be afraid to update it yourself with original works or ideas. Remember: Read, Write, Repeat.
